Quite a long time ago, I got a fake Anti Virus virus. Got rid of it. Recently I got a second one.

The first was just annoying, shut off my internet, made it so I can't open iTunes or Task Manager.

The second one I just got rid of, and mad eit so EVERYTHING was detected as a Virus, so to even open the internet I had to go through a barrage of "No" "No" "No" ... when I tried to go to website like youtube, it redirected me to more fake anti viruses over and over. Sure, it put free pronz links on my Desktop , but that is not the point !

What happened both times I got the viruses? I was surfing our forumz :|

This happen to anyone else?

if you're using mozilla firefox dont use it. a lot of ppl complain about firefox easily affected by spyware and adware and shidd. i changed to Flock ages ago

I've been using Google Chrome for a year now. I am happy to report that I have not detected/seen any viruses, but I've heard that Google Chrome gets glitches sometimes. :o

My main computer had Mozilla Firefox. I didn't get any spam/fake viruses but I did notice that my computer got slower and slower every time I opened up Mozilla Firefox. Dunno if it matters or not, just made me d/c out of GC pvp matches.

I have always used FireFox, never had problems.

But Josh, you have Comcast. Do not ask me how that is relevant to the topic, it just is.
