"rats!rats!rats!" is more of a heavy metal song, but deftones isn't really a heavy metal band. there are songs like that, The World (death note 1st opening), tsuki ni murakumo hana ni kaze, and such, but i would never listen to the ones that paint there self up and break there guitars....blame media for these thoughts =D pretty much i wouldn't listen to dudes like KISS. i never heard them though, so i don't know how "hard" they play
